To access these opportunities, it is imperative to obtain the corresponding license endorsed by the Federal Aviation Administration FAA or the European Union Aviation Safety Agency. Due to its geographical proximity and its easier process, the Airframe and Power plant license, better known as A&P, becomes an attractive alternative for aeronautical technicians certified by a member country of the ICAO International Civil Aviation Organization, who wish to opt for this type of license.

If you need to prepare for the A&P written, oral and practical tests, Airmen School`s is the right place to come. Airmen School’s office is located at Ac 24 No. 95 A 80 Suite 1-317 Bogotá Colombia, near the El Dorado airport (BOG). The location of the school is appropriate to reach it easy and fast from the international airport and different important areas of Bogotá city.
Airmen School is pioneer in Colombia in the preparation of aviation mechanics and students to get their FAA A&P (Airframe and powerplant), IA (inspector authorization) certificates and make and model training of several aircraft available in the aviation field. The instruction is provided by experienced A&P/IA mechanics with extensive aviation background guiding the students on the proper path to success getting the required certificates.
The instructor`s certificates are approved by the FAA and the FCC including:
A&P/IA, FCC (GROL), Ground instructors (IGI, AGI), Helicopter ATP and Electronic Engineer certificates.
Instructors have more than 30 years of experience on the aviation field including maintenance and operations background.
The Trainings are conducted on-site at our own location. The trainings provided by Airmen School meets the FAA requirements and standards. The A&P training include the revision of all the chapters described by the FAA A&P General, Airframe (1&2) and Powerplant handbooks. The IA training provides review of the topics and knowledge required to get the Inspector Authorization certificate.
